Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers, maintain store appearance, and support front end operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know promotions, and contribute to merchandising and donations.

A high school diploma is preferred; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; a positive attitude and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.
• Experience operating a cash register or handling transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering, exiting, and approaching the front of the store.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
