Job summary

Ollie's Henderson, NC is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store appearance, focusing on front-end operations and delivering exceptional service.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, be knowledgeable about promotions, support donation programs, price and merchandise items, and keep the store neat and welcoming for every shopper. This role requires a positive attitude and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
