Job summary

Ollie’s in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers, maintain store appearance, and support front-end operations.

You will learn promotions, operate the cash register, merchandize, and participate in donation programs while delivering friendly service. Weekend/evening shifts and a positive team attitude are required.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
