Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance. The role focuses on front-end operations and delivering excellent service.

You will greet customers, handle cash registers, and promote current promotions while supporting donation programs and merchandising efforts. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
