Job summary

Ollie’s Matthews, NC store is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers, maintain the storefront, and support front-end operations. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and stay informed about promotions to drive sales.

Role includes supporting donation programs, receiving shipments, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming store appearance. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
