Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Cashier and Service Desk/Kiosk training packets completed for Service Desk/Kiosk Stores.
• Cashier (non-service desk/kiosk) training packet completed for Non-Service Desk stores.

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance per policy.
• Assign fixed activities to front end associates during idle periods.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Adhere to safety standards and report needed repairs or hazards.
• Monitor security and report abnormal behavior to management.
• Secure change drawer when unattended and protect assets.
• Maintain store cleanliness in line with health regulations.
• Perform cashier and/or bagging functions as needed.
• Perform service desk/kiosk duties and, if trained, bookkeeping.
