Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 6 months cashier experience and 1-2 years related retail experience.
• Must be 18 years old (19 in Idaho) and able to pass drug test.
• Ability to work weekends and, on rare occasions, travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist with department management.
• Deliver fast, friendly checkout service and assist customers to the shortest line.
• Provide peer coaching for cashiers following best practices.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies, shrink control guidelines, and safety standards.
• Respond to customer situations and cashier needs, including cashier duties when required.
• Monitor the 15-minute chart and schedule.
• Promote and follow Company initiatives.
• Respond to customer comments and complaints.
• Complete incident reports and maintain store areas to reflect Our People Are Great.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
