Job summary

Nexus Circular LLC is seeking a Project Development Manager / Lead to convert business opportunities into economically viable capital projects from idea through FEL1, with handover at FEL2. You will drive concept development, feasibility studies, and credible execution strategies while aligning stakeholders across functions and managing investment decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or another engineering discipline; chemical engineering preferred.
10+ years of progressive capital-project experience in chemical, petrochemical, refining, or related industries.
Proven experience leading feasibility studies, FEL0/FEL1, and front-end project development for process facilities.
Strong ability to develop preliminary scope, cost, schedule, risk, and investment recommendations.
Clear, influential communicator who can align stakeholders and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Translate business opportunities into clearly defined, executable capital projects.
Lead feasibility studies, FEL0, and FEL1 for new facilities or major modifications.
Develop project definitions: business need, scope, cost, schedule, risks, and execution strategy.
Collaborate with sponsor and Finance to validate assumptions and the investment case.
Hand over to Project Manager at FEL2 with complete, decision-ready packages.
