Ball Corporation’s Williamsburg, VA site is seeking a Superintendent, Plant Process (Front End) to lead 24/7 maintenance optimization, driving safety, quality and productivity improvements. You will supervise a process team, coordinate planning and budgeting, and implement systems to reduce costs while ensuring continuous operations.

The role requires a college-level or equivalent background, plus at least five years of related experience; strong knowledge of production processes and equipment,

Competenze

• Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college degree level education or work-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Job related experience for 5 year(s) minimum.
• Working knowledge of production processes, equipment technology, and related standards.

Mansioni

• Support development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the food safety system.
• Establish maintenance procedures on equipment, including planning, budgeting, execution, and periodic review.
• Analyze systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and report recommendations to management.
• Design and oversee new systems that improve plant safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Coordinate and apply maintenance techniques to monitor and reduce costs.
• Arrange for adequate supplies, materials, and parts to prevent operation interruptions.
• Train employees in proper maintenance programs for production equipment.
