Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is seeking a Front End Pharmacy Technician in Perrysburg, OH. You will assist in order entry, work with pharmacists, and ensure accurate dispensing in a closed-door pharmacy.

The role offers paid training, tuition support, cross-training opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Typical weekly hours are 40, with a pay range of $17.00–$28.46 per hour depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician.

Responsibilities

• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required.
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions.
• Reviewing narcotic Rx's and ensuring timely processing.
• Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplications.
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records.
