Job summary

CVS Health's Omnicare division is seeking a part-time Front End Pharmacy Technician. You will support order entry and work with the pharmacist to ensure accuracy and excellent customer service in a closed‑door setting.

Responsibilities include triaging service requests, confirming dosages, reviewing narcotics timelines, and maintaining patient records, while collaborating with team members to deliver high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• One or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician.

Responsibilities

• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required.
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions.
• Assisting in timely review of narcotic prescriptions.
• Providing the dispensing pharmacist with allergy and drug interaction information and flags from the system.
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records.
