Job summary

Times Supermarkets is seeking a Front End Manager to oversee all front-end operations at the Lahaina store. You will supervise front-end associates, ensure efficient customer service, manage schedules, inventories and loss prevention, and enforce company policies.

The role requires leadership, strong cash handling, and familiarity with POS and customer service processes. Expect a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with routine store-wide coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old per policy.
• Food handling license required.
• First Aid/ CPR / AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains proper and efficient service of customers.
• Supervises and may recommend disciplinary action for department associates.
• Manages work schedules, training, enforcing policies and SOPs, productivity and communication.
• Oversees processing of invoices, department reports, employee appraisals, inventory and supply orders.
• Supervise the Front-End management team and delegate responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with government and regulatory agency rules.
• Take loss prevention measures and oversee price changes.
• Handle money orders, stamps, rain checks, and other customer services as necessary.
