The role reports to the Store Manager and requires hands-on supervision of 20–30 employees and daily operations. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, maintaining payroll controls, safeguarding assets, and coordinating with other departments during promotions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating/maintenance instructions; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively with customers and employees.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest and percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, discipline, evaluate, and audit Front End associates.
• Maintain and control supply and payroll expenses.
• Plan and schedule work to control traffic flow at registers.
• Manage all money in store: cash drawers, deposits, and gift cards.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly and safe office area.
• Ensure proper opening/closing procedures and security of store assets.
