Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or loss prevention preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Excellent communication and energetic greeting to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm, energetic greeting.
• Monitor entrance areas to reduce opportunities for theft and maintain safety.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
