Job summary

Rock Pros USA is seeking a reliable Shipping Loader Operator to load trucks, manage stockpiles, and feed the crusher plant in our quarry operations.

You will operate heavy equipment, work with a team, and contribute to safe, efficient production with MSHA compliance and a strong safety mindset. This role offers Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts, paid holidays including your birthday off, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of heavy equipment operation experience, preferably with front-end loaders.
• Experience in quarry, mining, or crushing environments preferred.
• Willingness to operate additional equipment as assigned.
• Commitment to safety and MSHA policies.
• Ability to assist with basic plant maintenance and general labor tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks efficiently for shipping and delivery.
• Manage stockpiles to maintain continuous plant operations.
• Feed the crusher plant as needed.
• Assist with screen changes, unclogging crushers, cleanup, and general labor.
