Job summary

Rock Pros USA is seeking a dependable Loader Operator to support quarry and crushing operations at our Chloride site. This hands-on role requires safe, efficient equipment operation and a strong team mindset.

You will feed the plant, manage stockpiles, support shipping operations, and assist with various plant and site needs, including equipment changes and light maintenance. The position offers Monday–Friday shifts with 10-hour days and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of heavy equipment operation experience, preferably with front-end loaders.
• Experience in quarry, mining or crushing environments preferred.
• Willingness to operate additional equipment as assigned.
• Commitment to safety and MSHA compliance.
• Ability to assist with basic plant maintenance and general labor tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Feed loader to crusher and feed plant operations.
• Manage stockpiles and support shipping operations.
• Assist with plant and site needs, including equipment changes and cleanup.
• Operate other equipment as needed based on experience.
