Job summary

Rock Pros USA in Arizona is hiring an Off-Road Haul Truck Driver for the Upper Bell quarry. You will safely transport material throughout an active surface mining and rock crushing operation, operating an off-road haul truck rather than over-the-road driving.

This is a hands-on crew environment where operators are expected to get out of the cab and help with quarry and plant work when needed. You will perform inspections, follow MSHA regulations, and contribute to daily production while keeping

Qualifications

• Experience with off-road haul trucks or heavy equipment preferred.
• Mining/quarry/rock/crushing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely around personnel and other machinery.
• Ability to perform pre/post-inspections and identify problems.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an off-road haul truck in an active mining/quarry environment.
• Transport rock and materials between loading, stockpile, crusher, and production areas.
• Follow designated haul routes, speed limits, and dumping procedures.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections.
• Report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Position haul truck for loading and dumping and maintain contact with crew.
• Adhere to MSHA regulations and site requirements; support production goals.
• Assist with quarry plant duties and general labor when not operating equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
