Lignetics, INC. seeks a Front End Loader Operator to support raw material intake and production readiness. The role requires operating loaders, inspecting materials, and maintaining equipment, with safety as a priority.

The position offers full-time hours, rotating shifts from 7p to 7a, and a benefits package including insurance, PTO, and retirement matching. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years loader experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years loader operation experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and react to English safety commands in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient reading and execution of LO/TO protocols and operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Mix material per specification to ensure proper blend and moisture content.
• Receive loads of raw materials and separate by species.
• Inspect material quality and report defects to leadership.
• Load infeed bin per production schedule requirements.
• Conduct loader inspections and maintenance.
• Communicate workflow status with teammates.
