Job summary

Worley is seeking an Equipment / Loader Operator at the Anchorage Fab Shop in Alaska, based at the Worley Fabrication Facility with a five-day work week. The role emphasizes material handling, loading/unloading trucks, staging materials, and routine equipment inspections to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• One year of experience operating front-end loaders, telehandlers, or similar heavy equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered by Worley’s auto insurer.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader and forklift to support Fab Shop and yard operations.
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily pre-use inspections and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Attend safety and technical training as required.
• Adhere to Worley health, safety and environment policies.
