Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking an Equipment / Loader Operator based in Anchorage to support fabrication facility operations. You will operate loaders and forklifts, manage material movement, and maintain yard organization while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires a strong commitment to safety, the ability to work in cold environments, and readiness to learn additional crafts as needed. Competitive benefits are offered along with a 5-day schedule at our Anchorage facility.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end loaders, telehandlers and forklifts.
• Knowledge of rigging and safe material handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Commitment to safety, operational excellence and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader, telehandler, and warehouse forklift to support Fab Shop and yard ops.
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials and fabricated components safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily pre-use inspections and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety trainings.
• Communicate with supervisor and team about job requirements and priorities.
• Support other crafts when not operating equipment.
