Job summary

Worley in Anchorage, Alaska, is seeking an Equipment/Loader Operator to support fabrication facility operations on a 5-day work week. The role involves loading/unloading, moving materials, and maintaining yard organization with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year of experience operating front-end loaders, telehandlers, or similar heavy equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered by Worley’s auto insurer.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader and forklift to support Fab Shop and yard operations.
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials and equipment safely.
• Perform daily pre-use inspections and keep equipment clean and in good working order.
• Follow Worley health, safety and environment policies and procedures.
• Communicate with supervisor and team to plan current and future job needs.
