Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our asphalt and aggregate production team in Giddings, TX. The role requires operating a front-end loader, moving materials, and maintaining stockpiles with safety at the forefront.

The ideal candidate has heavy equipment experience, at least 2+ years in construction or industrial settings, and is willing to work overtime, weekends, and nights as production demands.

Qualifications

• Must have heavy equipment operating experience.
• 2+ years of related construction or industrial experience preferred.
• Loader experience strongly preferred.
• Experience around asphalt plants, aggregate operations, quarries, or similar environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic heavy equipment inspections and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end wheel loader to move aggregate and raw materials.
• Load and supply aggregate materials into bins and hoppers.
• Move, build, and maintain organized material stockpiles.
• Load and relocate materials throughout the plant.
• Monitor materials for quality and report inconsistencies.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Fuel, clean, and inspect assigned equipment.
• Communicate with plant operators, truck drivers, and crew members.
• Assist with plant cleanup and housekeeping.
• Follow OSHA, MSHA, PPE, and site safety procedures.
