TempExperts is hiring a dependable Front-End Loader / Machine Operator for a growing company in Franklin, Tennessee. The role entails operating production machinery and loading equipment, inspecting products, and maintaining clean workstations.

Shifts are second shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., with some Saturdays. Site-specific training and required PPE including steel-toed boots are provided. TempExperts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous machine-operation or front-end loader experience preferred.
• Steel-toed boots are required.
• Ability to learn equipment procedures and follow production, quality and safety instructions.
• Reliable attendance and availability 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

Equipment

• Equipment may include production machines, front-end loaders, measuring tools, scanners, carts, pallet jacks, packing equipment, and hand tools.
• Site-specific training and authorization are required before operating any equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Previous machine-operation, production, manufacturing, general-labor, or front-end loader experience preferred.
• Ability to learn equipment procedures and follow production, quality, and safety instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, handle materials carefully, and maintain accurate production records.
• Reliable attendance and availability to work Monday–Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with some Saturdays.
• Steel-toed boots are required.
