Job summary

Watco Transloading LLC in Houston, TX is hiring for a Front-End Loader / Excavator Operator to support material handling and site operations. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour DOE, with 24/7 operations and rotating day/night shifts at 14035 Industrial Rd., Houston, TX 77015.

The role requires safe operation of heavy machinery and adherence to safety standards to ensure productive daily tasks. Responsibilities include operating rail-related equipment, performing inspections, documenting maintenance

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license.
TWIC credential required.
Class A CDL or willingness to obtain.
Heavy equipment operation training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain heavy rail-related machinery safely and efficiently.
Perform routine inspections and record inspection results.
Follow safety rules and regulations from authorities and company policy.
Read and interpret load charts, manuals, inventory, and maintenance instructions.
Support track materials installation, repair, and maintenance.
Assist with surfacing, gauging, and alignment of track to ensure stability.
Respond to incidents and communicate clearly with team and dispatch.
