Job summary

Watco is hiring a Laborer in Houston to support bulk terminal operations. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 A.M.–5:00 P.M., and overtime/weekends possible. Location: 14035 Industrial Rd., Houston, TX 77015.

Qualifications

• Read, write and communicate in English and follow instructions with good judgment.
• High school diploma or GED; 18+ with basic math understanding.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily terminal, vessel, and warehouse operations.
• Communicate staffing needs and priorities with supervisors.
• Operate and maintain equipment for material transfer between silos, railcars, barges and vessels.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams using radios and digital systems.
• Follow SOPs, PPE, safety/environmental regulations; perform maintenance tasks as needed.
