Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the Front End.
• Train, supervise, coach, and support cashiers, bottle associates, and service clerks.
• Help schedule associates based on business needs and complete assigned administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure Front End associates consistently follow company policies, procedures, and efficiency standards.
• Communicate company programs, expectations, and operational updates to Front End associates.
• Lead by example by maintaining a professional, helpful, and team-focused environment.
• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers.
• Maintain clean, safe Front End areas in compliance with sanitation requirements.
