Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend job trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, listening to associates, and guiding store operations.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses aligned to sales.
• Ensure customer service excellence by resolving issues and implementing action plans for a high-quality experience.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring, with clear expectations and recognition.
