• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will attend trainings such as Open Door and Academy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and clear expectations.
• Drive store performance, budget planning, and expense control.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved via OBW service standards.
• Support change initiatives and promote a culture of integrity and belonging.
