Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18+ years old and able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift, carry and push up to 25 pounds.
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations in the front end department.
• Lead and supervise front end team members; train them for allocated roles.
• Promote exceptional customer service and motivate the team.
• Ensure signage and displays are attractive and the area is clean.
• Help establish and achieve business and profit objectives.
