Rosauers Supermarkets is seeking a Front End Leader to greet customers, assist with questions, and drive an exceptional shopping experience at our Missoula store.

You will supervise front end team members, train staff, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly while upholding company standards and policies. This role emphasizes teamwork and community engagement within the store and local area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Answer customer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
• Motivate and supervise front end team members to stay productive.
• Promote outstanding customer experience to the team.
• Lead and train front end team members for allocated roles.
• Oversee day-to-day operations in the front end department.
• Assist establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
• Maintain a clean, attractive store with proper signage and displays.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties to support overall company success.
