Walmart is seeking a capable store leader to manage and develop teams across a busy Buford, GA location. You will train associates, monitor performance, and ensure customer service standards are met through the OBW service model.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, budgeting, inventory flow, and community engagement while maintaining high ethical standards and a culture of belonging. This is a full-time on-site position at 3250 Sardis Church Rd, Buford, GA.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching and listening to associates, providing feedback and guiding store operations.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve customer needs and issues using the OBW service model.
• Coordinate hiring, training and mentoring of associates to meet staffing needs and growth potential.
