Southern Oregon Goodwill is seeking an experienced Front End Lead to manage daily retail operations in Central Point. You will handle customer service, cashiering, pricing, and stocking while supervising team members and ensuring efficient, friendly service on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years recent Goodwill retail/production experience.
• Ability to perform essential duties and operate retail equipment.
• Moderate proficiency with Word/Outlook or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service, cashiering, and pricing donated items.
• Rotate items, manage stock on the sales floor, and maintain department equipment.
• Supervise retail associates and program participants when needed; provide feedback to the store manager.
• Ensure a friendly, clean environment and outstanding customer service.
