Job summary

Southern Oregon Goodwill Industries is hiring a Production Associate at our Central Point, OR location. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team focused on excellence, growth, and sustainable practices.

You will support the mission to enable employment by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, while delivering strong customer service and maintaining retail standards.

Qualifications

• Speak and understand the English language sufficient to read materials, communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Able to maintain the physical requirements of the working environment.
• Perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Receives, prepares, sorts, prices, and rotates stock for retail floor and conducts quality control.
• Operates department equipment and machinery, prepares goods for sale, procession, or storage.
• Performs inventories, tallies, or other forms of tracking as required for the retail environment.
• Assists GoodWorks staff with implementation of work plans and guidelines as established for client programs, as assigned by store manager.
• Interacts effectively with customers by maintaining providing excellent customer service, resolving problems within the scope of the role to the customer’s satisfaction in a timely, effective, and respectful manner.
