Job summary

Fresh Market Lead – Eataly Houston is a full-time role at Eataly Houston, 5085 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77056. The Market Lead coordinates merchandising, stock and guest-service excellence, reporting to the Store Operations Manager to ensure an attractive, well-stocked retail department for the new store opening.

Responsibilities include supervising Market Associates, managing deliveries, maintaining pricing and signage, and coordinating with guest relations for product demos.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in grocery or retail.
• Proactive and able to multitask.
• Knowledge of Italian food and beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate and display products according to standards.
• Collaborate with Warehouse to manage stock levels.
• Receive deliveries and verify orders.
• Supervise and train Market Associates.
• Maintain signage, pricing and labeling.
• Ensure FIFO product rotation.
• Promote safety and clean work conditions.
• Coordinate demos with other teams.
