Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently manage front-end transactions and ensure exceptional customer service at the registers. You will handle cash, assist customers, and maintain a friendly, energetic atmosphere while following procedural guidelines.

Required are a high school diploma, 2-3 years retail experience, and at least 1 year of management experience. Prior natural foods experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers receive outstanding service through the checkout lanes.

• Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, gift cards, or automatic debits.
• Maintains clean checkout areas and ensures proper cash control at registers.
• Models fast, friendly customer service and adheres to procedures.
