• Monitor all established quality assurance standards.
• Assist in directing and supervising all functions, duties and activities for the Front-end department.
• Support the day-to-day functions of Front-end operations.
• Assist with the execution of best practices, goals and Front-end standards for the department.
• Accept full responsibility for the operation of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Customer 1st Manager.
