FRONT END/LEAD CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as needed.
  • Willing and available to work weekends and holidays, especially during peak times.
  • Experience in retail, with an emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
  • Ability to multitask and handle large workloads.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to learn various computer applications including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Understanding of key department operations such as managing people, merchandising, inventory, shrink control, customer service, labor scheduling, and expense management.
  • A high level of integrity and dependability in past work records.

  • Extensive experience in customer service and front-end operations.
  • Ability to develop and implement more effective processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Designing a cleaner, more efficient working environment.
  • Ensuring safe, effective, and efficient customer service throughout the department.

  • Providing training, support, and follow-up on key retailing aspects.

  • Performing all duties as assigned, including special projects.
