FRONT END/LEAD CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:
  • Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights as needed.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays, especially during peak times.
  • Retail experience with an emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
  • Ability to multitask and handle large workloads.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to learn various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ACE, Supersked, etc.
  • Understanding of key department operations such as managing people, merchandising, inventory, shrink control, customer service, labor scheduling, and expense control.
  • A work history demonstrating high integrity and dependability.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in customer service and front-end operations.
  • Ability to explore and develop more effective processes, policies, and procedures for Front End, Customer Service Center, and Accounting.
  • Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for relevant departments.
  • Ensure safe, effective, and efficient customer service across the department.
  • Improve various operational reports and measurements.
  • Provide training, support, and follow-up on key retailing aspects.
  • Coach and train customer service managers and front-end supervisors.
  • Promote, communicate, and implement company initiatives and process improvements positively and respectfully.
  • Support store management in maintaining a well-organized, clean, and pleasant shopping environment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and follow through on special projects.
  • Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
