You will lead by example, mentor team members, ensure POS accuracy, assist with daily store operations, and support a safe, welcoming shopping environment that helps guests find real, affordable healthy foods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Experience in natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures outstanding service at checkout and greets customers promptly.
• Oversees accurate and efficient operation of cash registers.
• Receives payment by cash, credit cards, and other methods with proper cash control.
• Maintains clean, orderly checkout areas and enforces safety guidelines.
• Assists in stocking and merchandising per department procedures.
• Provides consultation to customers regarding products and promotions.
