Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Accurately operate a Point of Sale system and handle cash/electronic transactions.
• Train and coach associates while promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Regularly lift, move, and position merchandise throughout the shift.
• Safely use store equipment and follow age requirements where applicable.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Read and understand instructions; communicate clearly; stay alert.

Responsibilities

• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately.
• Assist training of cashiers and answer questions on procedures.
• Monitor front-end operations and resolve cashier inquiries.
• Stock, sign, and display merchandise according to company standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, report concerns to management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
