Responsibilities

• Lead front-end projects from concept to proposal and definition.
• Translate customer needs into technical concepts, pricing, and scopes.
• Develop conceptual CAD and cost estimates for proposals.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Planning, Purchasing and Production.
• Serve as technical liaison for customers, Sales and internal teams.
• Maintain scalable cost models and manage schedules and risks.
