Job summary

Responsibilities
- Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude with remarkable service
- Perform front-end functions: cashiering, bagging, money orders, electronic payments, postal tasks, copies, lottery, Western Union
- Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges
- Conduct cashier accuracy audits; report issues to management
- Provide backup to staff in bookkeeping, Guest Services, cashiering, and carts
- Support Guest Service Manager in their absence
