Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to greet customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store looking inviting in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and supporting promotions while upholding Ollie’s Army and donation programs year-round.

Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability is required; a high school diploma is preferred and a positive team attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
