Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store's front-end appearance. You will be responsible for customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with a focus on the front end of store operations.

The role requires strong teamwork, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and a positive attitude to engage and serve customers. Ollie’s offers associate benefits and a discount program for employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
