Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Front End Specialist to greet customers, process transactions, and keep the front of the store inviting. You’ll learn current promotions, assist with merchandising, and support Ollie’s Army and donation programs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, can work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and bring a positive, team-focused attitude. You will help maintain store appearance and provide friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
