Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams delivering consumer-facing web at scale.
• Track record of managing distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Strong hands-on credibility in modern front-end / web platform engineering.
• Ability to align product, design and editorial partners with engineering plans.
• Experience driving AI-native ways of working within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow and develop the Web applications team across locations, ensuring delivery and quality.
• Own the team's roadmap and translate goals into credible, sequenced plans.
• Set quality benchmarks and maintain momentum while reviewing technical decisions.
• Collaborate with product, design and editorial partners across time zones and regions.
