Glanbia Performance Nutrition is seeking a Front End Developer to craft compelling web experiences for multiple brands. You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and business stakeholders to manage content across CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify, optimize product catalogs, and drive UX improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-brand coordination, SEO best practices, and analytics-driven enhancements to boost engagement and conversions across DTC sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4 year university
• 2+ years of professional experience in related position
• Extensive experience with web technologies
• Strong modern cross-platform software development skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and execution of tasks across multiple DTC sites for various brands.
• Deploy and QA digital content and promotions across multiple brands using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Emarsys, and Klaviyo.
• Improve the front-end interface to enhance user experience, navigation, layout and usability.
• Manage and update the product catalog on e-commerce platforms and optimize listings for search and discovery.
• Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve visibility, rankings and traffic.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, content producers, QA engineers and release engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Use technical knowledge to create product and UX suggestions balancing development effort and ROI.
• Utilize Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and propose UX improvements.
• Work cross functionally to ensure pricing, product and promos are up to date across sites.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvements and optimize speed and mobile experience.
• Develop strategies to optimize conversion rates across product pages and checkout.
