Job summary

Jobtailor in Minnesota is looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and TypeScript. You will build reusable UI components and contribute to Micro Frontend solutions.

You’ll collaborate with UX designers and product partners to translate wireframes into accessible, high‑performance interfaces, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD processes in a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant frontend experience.
• Experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture and Module Federation.
• Experience collaborating directly with UX teams and design systems.
• Experience with React Query, Redux, or Context API.
• Experience with Playwright, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar DevOps toolchains.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web apps using React.js and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and Micro Frontend solutions.
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes into intuitive interfaces.
• Partner with business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure delivery aligns with goals.
• Refine backlog, create stories, estimate, and plan sprints.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, performance, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and microservices; participate in code reviews.
