Job summary

FishEye Software, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Front End Software Developer to help build and maintain the OPDASH tool. You will work with the Missile Defense Agency to gather requirements, design and implement features, and conduct unit tests.

The role requires an Active Secret Clearance and involves developing a SPA with Angular, a C# .NET Web API backend, and a SQL Server database. Expect collaboration with developers and end users, plus travel under 10% annually.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in software design and development.
• Familiarity with Angular 17+ or newer.
• Familiarity with C# .NET Core WebAPI and Entity Framework.
• Ability to design and build an intuitive User Interface (UI).
• Knowledge of Windows networking and IIS, with willingness to assist debugging cybersecurity issues.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and modify OPDASH for Missile Defense Agency test events.
• Consult with customers to identify issues and potential improvements.
• Develop C# .NET Web API applications and work with Entity Framework.
• Develop and improve a single-page app in Angular 20.
• Develop a SQL Server database and modify design as needed.
• Ensure a consistent level of quality in design and implementation of software solutions.
