Salary: £600 - £650 per day
Type: Contract

Location: Mostly remote with ad-hoc travel

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to lead the re-platforming of a legacy Kony-based application suite into a modern React front-end, introducing a new Customer Service platform for a leading Tech Consultancy.

This role involves building a scalable, reusable component library, enabling multiple applications to leverage shared UI components and enhancing the overall user experience.

You will be working within a GCP environment, with direct involvement in deploying and optimizing React applications using services like Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the migration of front-end applications from Kony to React
2. Build and maintain a scalable, reusable component library for new and existing applications
3. Integrate front-end components across a suite of customer-facing platforms
4. Collaborate closely with Java back-end teams
5. Deploy and manage React applications in Google Cloud Platform, using services like Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions

Key Skills:

1. Strong expertise in React development and component-based architecture
2. Experience building shared component libraries for scalable applications
